These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website

and the photography services provided by High Level Headshots, LLC
("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a session, submitting payment, or using
our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
Session Confirmation
Photo sessions are not confirmed and will not be added to our studio or production calendar until one of the following occurs:
- The required booking fee is paid, or
- The invoice is paid in full
Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or booking agreement
- All payments must be made by the stated due date
- Failure to submit payment may result in session cancellation
- All media is only delivered after payment has been made in full
- Projects and orders with retouching will not be retouched until payment has been made in full
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Individual Sessions
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before an individual session are subject to a $350 rescheduling fee
- This fee is required to rebook the session
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 48 hours in advance
- For a full refund on individual sessions, cancellation must be made greater than 48 hours in advance
Group, Corporate, and Event Sessions
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for group, corporate, and event sessions will be outlined in the corresponding agreement or invoice.
3. No Refund Policy
Photography Sessions
- Once a session has been photographed, no refunds will be issued
- All photography services are non-refundable once performed
Digital Images
- Once digital images have been delivered or downloaded, no refunds can be issued
- This applies to individual, group, and event sessions
4. Image Selection & Approval (Individual Sessions)
During individual headshot or portrait sessions:
- You will review and select the image(s) you wish to purchase during the session
- Your selection confirms approval of the image's pose, expression, and overall look
- By confirming your selection, you agree that the chosen image(s) meet your expectations
Additional image purchases or edits beyond the original agreement may incur additional fees.
5. Artistic Style & Editing
By booking a session, you acknowledge:
- You have reviewed our portfolio and are familiar with our style
- Editing, retouching, and color treatment are performed in our professional style
- Requests outside our standard editing style may not be accommodated
6. Delivery & Turnaround
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope, volume, or event logistics
- Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee
7. Usage & Licensing
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Clients receive a license to use delivered images for personal or professional use
- Commercial, advertising, or extended usage may require additional licensing
- Images may not be altered, sold, or transferred to third parties without permission
All images captured and delivered by High Level Headshots are protected
under United States copyright law. High Level Headshots and Zachary Tillman
retain full and exclusive copyright ownership of every image created during
any session, regardless of delivery method.
Clients receive a limited license for personal and/or business use only.
Copyright ownership is not sold, assigned, or transferred unless explicitly
purchased and documented in writing.
8. Event & Group Sessions
For group and event photography:
- Final image counts and delivery methods depend on event scope
- Attendee participation is voluntary
- Email capture and delivery may be managed through third-party platforms
Specific terms may apply based on the event agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
High Level Headshots is not liable for:
- Circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, technical failures, etc.)
- Client delays, no-shows, or lack of cooperation
- Missed images due to conditions outside reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with site functionality
- Copy or misuse content without permission
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
